The s teaks  are  high when the  contest ants trav el to  Las Vegas and see the k itchen where this season's winner  will work   as a Hea d Chef:   BLT Steak at B ally9;s Las Vegas. And,  for the first ti me in HELL'S KITC HEN history, they will c ompete in that kitchen for the signature di sh team challenge. The winning   team will  earn a  ride on the High Roller -  the world& #39;s tall est Ferris wheel - and get VIP service at Drai's Nightclub, while the losing  team p repares  a Vegas buffet se rvice, which includes peeling   50 lb s. of shrimp and 1, 000 lbs. of  potatoes . Later, du ring their fi rst dinner ser vice, on e of the  teams will fail early o n in the s ervice, prompting Chef Ramsay  to kick them out of the kitchen.
